    I really enjoyed this. I’m younger than the men Anthony works with but still found everything useful. I was recently directed to the bullet coffee and now I see it just not for me. Lots of really great tools to add to my tool box.

    Dear Dr Anthony, My name is Dominic Vallado. Age 55. I am working out since 3 years. I use to work out till 35 years, off and on. I can do bench press approx 200 lbs plus approx 3 reps. I have stents in my heart I have these stents since 2000. Plus I am a diabetic. I take carnivor beef protein, Bcaa, L-CARNITINE.
    Please guide me what all supplements I can take. I am in India and no doctors tell us anything. Any assistance rendered will be highly appreciated. Kind regards.
