For years, I was the prototypical nice guy — scared of conflict, living for others, and quietly disappearing from myself. On the surface, I looked like a committed partner, a high-performing professional, a man who had it together. Underneath, I was running on anxiety, numbing through substances and distractions, and living a life built around keeping everyone else happy — everyone except me.
It took losing my 12-year career and a 7-year relationship in the same season to crack me open and ask, for the first time: Who am I, really? What do I actually want? And what does it look like to live from that place?
That search became the foundation of everything I do.
When I stopped performing and started living life on my own terms — when I made myself the center of my own life instead of an afterthought — something shifted. I became happier. More energized. More present. More fulfilled.
Today, I work with men who are tired of performing and ready to get real — men who are done with the same patterns playing out and are ready to actually change them. Through Conscious Communication, Parts Work, and Nervous System Awareness, I guide men on a journey inward and back out into their relationships with more presence, more clarity, and more of themselves intact.
This is why I’m here — to guide men to know themselves, trust themselves, and live from that place.
My approach is rooted in the belief that lasting change happens from the inside out.. To support that, I draw from Internal Family Systems, Non-Violent Communication, Positive Intelligence, Breathwork, Shadow Work, Edge Work, Direct-Felt Experience, NLP, and INside-OWT — a somatic self-led framework for clarity, emotional mastery, and relational leadership.
